Technical specifications and features of porcelain panels

Panel manufacturing materials

1- Porcelain plates are a type of plates with a glass coating painted with a thermal paint (furnace). 2- The plate on which names, numbers and logos are written and printed is manufactured from 2 mm thick iron plates of the Enamel type, conforming to American specification No. 4244, low carbon percentage.
3- The iron plates are cleaned inside special chemical containers and prepared for manufacturing: The plate must be cleaned by immersing it successively in containers containing many different detergents. The first container contains a mild acid to remove all impurities, oils and grease. The second container contains water at a temperature of 55 degrees Celsius to wash the plate. The third container contains sulfuric acid at a concentration of 9% and at a temperature of 60 degrees Celsius to remove any impurities and dirt remaining on the plate.
-4- The materials used in painting the paintings are glazed enamel paint.
It consists of clay, water, lime particles and colouring materials. These materials are mixed well according to the appropriate standards and settled to obtain fine particles.
Or according to any similar specifications in terms of paint quality. The painting process is done as follows:
The painting is painted with white oil paint by brushing it and then it is put into a thermal oven at a medium temperature of 840 degrees Celsius. The temperature difference in the effective length of the oven should not exceed or decrease by 10 degrees Celsius. After the painting is completely dry, it is sprayed with the colors required for the painting using the reverse thermal printing method. The painting is dried with an air dryer at a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius and then the painting is passed into a thermal oven at a medium temperature of 840 degrees Celsius.
