Al-Khudair Metal Industries Factory, a subsidiary of Mohammed Ali Al-Khudair Sons Co. Ltd., was established in 1996 as the first Saudi and Arab factory specialized in the manufacture of porcelain boards, or what is known as ceramic boards. In 1998, it joined the American Porcelain Institute as the first member of the Institute from the Middle East and North Africa region. Ensuring quality and interacting with educational requirements are the foundations on which the production process in our factory is based. Accordingly, the factory owns integrated production lines that allow our customers the freedom to choose and design according to their educational requirements. In continuation of the industrial progress witnessed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and with the support of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, a porcelain board production line was established in the form of rolls to supply the world with porcelain boards for the manufacture of ceramic porcelain boards of various uses for schools, universities and offices.
Magnetic whiteboard for writing with felt-tip pens, made of ENAMEL oiled sheet metal, specially designed for porcelain painting, coated with a white glazed paint with a thickness of not less than 150 microns at a temperature of 850 degrees Celsius. The porcelain board is pressed into MDF wood with a thickness of 9 mm under a pressure of 100 tons and covered from the back with galvanized sheet metal painted in white with a thickness of 4 mm. The board frames are made of aluminum with a section of 2 x 30 x 17 mm, treated with anodizing. The board is equipped with aluminum rings with a thickness of 2 mm. It is also equipped from the bottom with a pen holder made of aluminum with a thickness of 1 mm along the board with a non-sharp edge and supported by fixed plastic sides to prevent the pens from falling.
Green porcelain chalkboard for writing with magnetic chalk made of ENAMEL oiled sheet, specially designed for porcelain coating, coated with green porcelain paint at a temperature of 850 degrees Celsius. The porcelain board is pressed from MDF wood, 9 mm thick, under a pressure of 100 tons, and covered from the back with galvanized sheet painted in white, 4 mm thick. Cabin specifications: Multi-purpose sliding whiteboard cabin for smart and interactive screens made of aluminum tubes integrated with a thin layer of aluminum oxide (anodized treatment), the cabin size is according to the appropriate size of the screen. The cabin holder is made of metal tubes painted black. The cabin is equipped with black plastic corners. The board is pressed from the back with white porcelain on MDF wood with a thickness of (9) mm, and an aluminum section with a thickness of 2 mm. The board is equipped with a movable board stand made of metal tubes, Italian type board holders, and equipped with four tires with excellent type brakes. It is also equipped from the bottom with a (5) cm wide basin with a non-sharp edge and supported by fixed plastic sides to prevent pens from falling.

Colors: The board is coated with a layer of white porcelain for writing on with a felt-tip pen. Specifications are in accordance with Saudi Standard Specification No. 1586. The finish is white porcelain and the Basmala and titles are printed with porcelain in Thuluth script on the front of the porcelain board with the Ministry’s logo as shown in the picture.
